We’re a team  of culturally competent creatives, developers, strategists, and producers whose craft reaches beyond the digital realm with a real life impact on your business. 

Meet Klifton Semo, OSO Digital’s CEO and Co-founder. He spent several years in digital marketing working with industry-leading brands such as The Black Eyed Peas, Nike (N7), Twilio and American Cancer Society––effectively communicating their stories through branding, content creation and digital strategy. 

After founding OSO in 2017, Klifton set his sights on impacting the local community through  amplifying culture and storytelling. As a Filipino/Samoan, the importance of family and community is the foundation of his culture and lays the groundwork for OSO’s identity.

Klifton earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After a few years in the IT field, an opportunity came up to pursue a career goal to produce music. Through his journey as a music producer with the Black Eyed Peas, he was able to take a leap into the marketing world by working on campaigns with industry leading brands.

You can catch Kliff biking to his favorite local breweries or walking his black lab LT (named after NFL Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson) on the beach.

CHLOE LAMFERS

Creative Director & Co-Founder

Chloe Lamfers is OSO’s Creative Director responsible for branding, graphic and web design.

Chloe has a love of color, mid-century modern and all things nerdy. When designing she really takes into consideration the needs of the client first and foremost. Function is just as important as the design. 

Growing up, Chloe was inspired by designer and entrepreneur Lisa Frank for her vibrant colors and non pretentiousness designs that Chloe still uses to inspire her today.

Chloe has an Associates Degree in Graphic Design and won 3rd place in the American Institute of Graphic Arts Portfolio Review. 

In her free time, Chloe is a foodie eating her way through London, where she currently resides. She also loves learning about world history and making handcrafted items such as greeting cards and wrapping paper.

Morgan Gould is our resident storyteller and producer. He got his start in the entertainment industry through a decade of show/tour management work with the masked dance crew Jabbawockeez. Terrible dancer as he is, he prefers to move others through thoughtful conversation and content creation.

Morgan cultivates the infrastructure of OSO to keep ideation at its maximum and the company engaged in constant innovation. He is eager to give brands the tools they need to craft and share their stories to impact public consciousness and company culture appropriately.

Social Media Manager, Producer & Co-Founder

Carlos Rico creates and produces content that combines text, audio, video, images and animation for OSO and our clients. He also manages internal social media channels for the company and clients.

He uses his 10 plus years as a bilingual journalist to tell informative and captivating stories. Carlos’ work has been published in numerous local and national publications with multiple awards from the Society of Professional Journalists and The Press Club.  

Through content creation, Carlos helps our clients get exposure on news outlets, online publications and in the community by creating PR strategies and custom press kits.

Carlos is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and past president. In 2018, he won the “Si Se Puede” leadership award, and in 2019 his chapter won the NAHJ Chapter with the Year Award, under his leadership.

When Carlos is not assisting our clients, you can find him either experiencing new taco spots or DJing at weddings, corporate events or your favorite nightlife scene.
