Dumpling Inn is a place that celebrates tradition in a modern age. Oso knew we needed to take things back to the roots while optimizing their online presence to tell their story to a new generation. We shot a video focusing on her father hand-making his famous Xao Long Bao dumplings to remind audiences this is what you can expect when you walk through their doors: a seat at the family table. Their website was rebuilt from the ground up, streamlined with new photos of their delicious menu, and accessible online ordering. A photoshoot of their menu also allowed us to revamp their social media channels with content to make mouths water. With Shanghai Saloon, we were able to consolidate the personal whiskey bar under the Dumpling Inn legacy brand. With all of this being taken care of Sandy was able to focus on where her heart truly lies, bringing together families with dumplings.
