Client Background Info:

At the beginning of the pandemic, there was a race to increase Covid-19 testing. Dr. William Meade, a former client and founder of Activ8 Athleticism, franchised a Reliant Urgent Care location in Los Angeles, CA. He approached us with the opportunity to help roll out Reliant Telemed’s covid-19 and antibody testing to local businesses in San Diego. Dr. Meade asked us to create marketing assets for the rollout to inform local businesses and communities, where, when, and how they can receive Covid-19 and Antibody testing.

Challenges:

Dr. William Meade sought to quickly bring the first Reliant Urgent Care mobile testing site to San Diego and service an urgent community need. A major challenge he faced was establishing corporate branding unique to the San Diego market. Therefore his ultimate goal was tailoring the assets and messaging to appeal to both B2B and B2C patients.

Solutions:

After defining the Reliant Telemed franchise brand guidelines, we honed in on the B2B and B2C target audience, crafting a message resonating with their concerns of employee health and safety.

In the end, we branded, designed, and animated digital flyers that informed when, where, and how patients could receive covid-19 nasal PCR swas and antibody testing.
